Loftling

Terms of Use

Loftling is an iPhone app that turns a photo of your room into a design. These are the rules for using it.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

The licence

Loftling is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it.

Who can use it

You must be 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

No objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't use Loftling to make images that are sexual, violent, hateful or harassing, or that show real people without their permission. A design that breaks these rules may be refused, and an iPhone used to break them may be blocked from making designs. You can report any design from its own screen with "Report this design". Every report is read within 24 hours.

Your photo and your designs

You own your photo and you own the design made from it. Use only photos you have the right to use. A design is made by AI from your photo: it is an idea to look at, not a plan, a measurement or building advice.

Plans and payment

Plans are bought through your Apple Account and renew until you cancel them in your iPhone's Settings — cancel at least a day before the next renewal. What each plan includes is shown in the app before you buy. Apple handles payment and refunds.

Privacy

What happens to your photo and your data is on the Privacy page.

Contact

Questions about these terms: hello@loftling.com. Who makes Loftling: see "Who we are" on the Privacy page.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
